There has been no promotion in many years and salary increase as par with market for my job

Lack of merit annual increases, and low increases-not keeping up with market.

Salary is very low compared to market, we do not get raises. Everything costs more but our salaries remain stagnant.

With the company strong performance to date, and global markets at an all time high, with rising inflation costs, the Company stated it needed time to evaluate whether increases could occur. NetScout has a high level of cash, no debt and highly profitable. Yet, employees are making less.

We no longer seem to be promoting from within so there isn't any upward mobility. We are all more or less stuck in our current position for the foreseeable future.
