What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel connected and know I could reach out to any of them for some of their time. They are all busy but they make me feel like a value add to the company. I know my team works hard to stay on top of communication and to appreciate everyone in within this organization.

There are several but I think the most impactful right now is the paid time off. It has been so nice knowing I have the time I need to keep work and personal life balanced.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market. The lack of raises for several years puts current employees behind the comp of newer employees. It feels like managers are overridden by the CEO.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The longevity, maturity, and kindness of my team. I feel really blessed we all get along and can handle whatever comes our way as a team. I feel like we all have common goals and want each other to succeed.

We have a good rapport. There is respect of one another.

In my team only 2 peoples are there me and my manager. My manager is quite senior then me still supporting me in every possible way in work also quite helpful in daily work.

Company culture is quite welcoming for new people means from day one you are not feel new anymore , staff are friendly in nature also help you to understand company culture. Seniors are supportive there no superiority complex between them while treating new people.

Turnover at the top. Fresh blood.

No communication of any sort. Feel very isolated and have no clue what's going on in company. HR or CEO should implement some policy for entire sites and let employees know what's going on with company on a regular basis
