The last decade has been positive overall. I feel I am a valued member and my contributions are appreciated. I am happy at Netscout and feel fortunate.
It has been vastly positive
I would say, though every day is a bit different, it brings me joy to have a job I enjoy. There are only a few people with my position at the company. There is limited or no advancement beyond where I am but I genuinely like what I do and I am happy to be employed at Netscout.
Feeling like I make a positive difference
There is a lot of longevity.
They are approachable and communicative
Probably the Paid Time Off
It is nice to receive stock. I like the PTO.
The most positive about the culture is the work life balance.
Work and personal life balance. The people are genuinely kind.
We have a good rapport. There is respect of one another.
Interractions with co-workers. Knowing I make a difference, even small ones. Feeling appreciated.
There is a lot of longevity and people seem happier than other places I have worked.
Everyone seems in alignment. We have a really good team with a lot of cross communication.
We have a really good team. There is good communication and we work well together across the board.
I appreciate the tenure driven paid time off and the added paid days to do volunteer work. It is a blessing.
Completing tasks and projects and recognition that comes with it. I feel like I matter and my contributions make a difference.
I love how accessible the majority of leaders are to everyone. Especially the CEO. He genuinely cares to get to know every employee despite their position within the company.
There are several but I think the most impactful right now is the paid time off. It has been so nice knowing I have the time I need to keep work and personal life balanced.
Their concern for the employees is what I like best about the leadership team. It seems they have a clear idea of where we are going and how to get there, but interested in input and ideas from the team.
The longevity, maturity, and kindness of my team. I feel really blessed we all get along and can handle whatever comes our way as a team. I feel like we all have common goals and want each other to succeed.
I feel connected and know I could reach out to any of them for some of their time. They are all busy but they make me feel like a value add to the company. I know my team works hard to stay on top of communication and to appreciate everyone in within this organization.
When I get to work from home. Unfortunately, I don't get to do it as often as most employees (Mon & Fri) but when I do it means getting a little more sleep in the morning and having more time with my family instead of commuting. I am just as productive while also more comfortable when home.
