Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the job load and region extension under my responsibility, given my high engagement I get underpaid in my position.

I don't think I was fairly offered and matched to my level when join but there're some history reasons and I expect things can get better with years of my contribution and hardworking. However due to low merit increase or even freezing merit, my compensation is still under fair level of the market.

With the job duty extended to more functions and more regions/countries, worth a significant salary raise to reflect my value in this position.

My direct team is extremely collaborative, loyal and dependable

Company Inclusion. At times the company feels separated by office location and if there was any way to limit that separation that could help the company inclusion/culture.

Work is work, I really like my job and team but if I had the option to not work I would take it. It's nothing against the company, just a personal tihng.
