What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feels like a family. Low churn rate keeps us working with the same people for a long time. Very supportive managers!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should get compensated more on NetScout and Arbor renewals. Renewals are critical to keeping an existing company and can be one of the most time consuming parts of the job.
