The equity package is fair and vests at a reasonable schedule.

Making progress on my work goals. Interacting with colleagues in a productive way.

When projects are completed and I can take on new and cutting edge work.

The leadership team is invested in the business and cares deeply about the company's mission and future.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am most impressed with the community engagement and availability of executives. Everyone wants to do the right thing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some coworkers are toxic and deflect ownership of their work to others. Others step in front to take credit for higher visibility work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I recommend the company bring in an outside consultant to review the structure and roles. I recommend more flexibility in where we can work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is below market. The lack of raises for several years puts current employees behind the comp of newer employees. It feels like managers are overridden by the CEO.
