Everyone seems to subscribe to the notion of teamwork and working together. I don't get the notion that anyone slacks, everyone seems to work hard and work well with each other.

My experience is that teamwork and helping others even in other groups is emphasized in the culture and that is driven from the top down. Leadership seems sincere and empathetic and employee-well being is really a concern at ServiceNow, and that has been especially visible during these Covid time

My interview for the job I accepted were technical but personable. The interviewers were looking for a technical and personality fit and not trying to stump me or demonstrate their own expertise. I felt like they wanted me to do well in the interview and that tone made the experience more pleasant
