I like that they're becoming more decisive and actually taking steps to better our future business. Not just saying we have to work harder, but updating the website, doing market research, changing tactics. We can now actually see those changes helping.

My team encourages work life balance. We encourage each other to take time off, we ask about our weekends, we pick up what's left if someone has to be out. I can count on my teammates and they know they can count on me.

My manager has been giving me more freedom to change what I think needs updating, and we're working together to make things more efficient and to not do things the hard way just because they've been done that way before. They also encourage me to stand firm in our policies because they help everyone
