Market fair compensation level. I believe I am paid fairly, but I know for what I do, in the market I could easily leave to be making much more.

The best thing about Smith, are the people. The people that work here are really great salt of the earth people. Everyone makes it a joy to come to work.

My team would be corporate sector of the company. I like that they do their best to include all aspects and departments so that the right hand talks to the left.

Everyone loves being here. I would hand over fist prefer to be in the office than at home working remote. I look forward to waking up to come to work everyday.

I love the family culture that they have established here. Even as a new employee that atmosphere that we are all a family is very immediate and easy to feel right at home.

I feel undervalued because as a person I am respected but my sector of the company is not. Therefore I am continually placed/paid under market value regardless of exceeding expectations and making valuable changes.
