I have been able to grow with the company and have had offers to advance within but traveling has set me back. I am excited for the new merge and more growth opportunity there will be not inly for myself but for my team.

Being able to control what my bonus will be for the followingmonth. TMC is a plus right now which helps because most times we are nto able to control how surgery scheudle.
