this place does not fulfill its employees and you won't make a decent living working here

managers are not invested in their employees growth because Sweetwater does not build managers to be leaders. they give management positions to people who are not meant to lead responsibly and effectively and it will often lead to poor employee moral.
As far as MERCHANDISING goes, absolutely every executive is kind, wise, respectful, and they all work hard and deserve the positions they are in. As for the overall company, I don't believe every executive/ manager is doing what they could for their teams. specifically SALES.
My team is amazing, we work together not against each other. We want to do our best as a group not just to promote our chances at a raise or get a promotion before each other. We want our manager to shine knowing he has a reliable team to work with.
I believe that I deserve a livable wage. With the cost of living raising significantly, I feel my hard work is for nothing if I decide to have kids. Ill never be able to afford living in a nice place like the exec's that has low crime rates and good schools.
Well. Nothing in particular. I would like more positive feedback and "good job kid" moments, but I can sort of sense that my boss is happy with me and my partner's work ethic. I love that I can be a black woman, what ever that means to you or me, and feel comfortable around almost everyone here.
Our company is becoming far more diverse than it was the first time I applied for a position in 2018. I feel no matter what you are, where you are from, you will find people to connect with here. Our HR team wants to make this a safe place for everyone to come to being their natural self.
