Get with the times of today's workforce. Today's workforce is hybrid or offers some work from home options to assist with work life balance. Textron is seriously lacking with assisting with work life balance options for employees.
Based on everyday expenses, the raise provided this year was on the insulting side. It was pretty poor and barely provides assistance with the basic cost of living increases. The parking stipend is peanuts compared to daily/monthly parking costs.
Wrong is the inflexibility of hybrid work options. It can be improved by the company getting more on board with allowing more hybrid/work from home schedules and options which in turn will improve loyalty, mental health, and overall employee satisfaction.
