  • You will always lose. You are just a worker continuing their agenda. You can be replaced.

  • HR will always side with the company, no matter what. They are not on your side.

  • Fire about. HALF the manages.. There is no reason to have 3 different bosses for every department. Then staff according to patient safety and health needs. Also it might be nice if you got a raise...and didn't have to compete to use your vacation time...or if they actually said thank you or good job once in a while.

  • Increase pay dramatically and workload reduction. As well as an increase in overall quality of life for your 60K workers!

  • AWFUL if you work therre they act as if they own you 24/7 and if you don't come in for their extra coverage you Will get reprimanded or fired. Their answer to EVERYTHING is...well we have a whole bunch of lawyers. We will win. You won't.

  • UPMC has a bad reputation for wanting you to be at their beckoning call 24/7 and pay a medium to low wages. For years, I was on call or staying late, coming in weekends, nights, etc. It was a nightmare. I had hundreds and hundreds of hours of PTO I could never really use and not get punished with the next schedule!
