Teaam is great cant complin
To care about their employees
Honesty and openness is best way to describe the..
My leadership team is composed of highly responsive professionals who always consider other's thoughts before acting.
Collaboration, open and honest communication
Management should improve transparency, accountability, and consistency in expectations. Strong performers are often rewarded with more work rather than recognition, while performance issues are addressed unevenly. Greater investment in staffing, employee retention, and patient safety would improve

My executive team offers a lot of phony sounding “thanks” but does not appreciate or fully understand what we
Need to communiciate and help if we are busy and also approved pto and help to manage ous day
They need to come and see ours work and put more employee in OR supply people we have only one person to restuck
Making sure they consider their loyal employees request.
Good benefits that match what I need
Benefits are good. Vision Health Dental
The Health insurance that I have.
Retirement...I really don't need the other benefits...I'm covered
Review from Operations Dept
I feel of medical; dental and vision package is good. Benefits are good.
I feel undervalued because responsibilities and workload continue to increase without corresponding recognition, compensation, or support. Consistent effort often results in more work rather than acknowledgment, and performance differences are not addressed fairly, which reinforces imbalance.

65 per hour ive worked for them for 35 years
TORs are being denied because there is no one to cover. No one wants a job that pays unfairly for the amount of work expected. A person with my experience and education should be making $20,000 more than I do right now after 5 years with UPMC. Give me that and I'll feel better.
LPN's are worked just like the RN's, the pay between the two positions is around $15, the pay between and LPN and PCT is about a $3 difference. Treat LPN's like the NURSES we are.
They value and praise bad employees when decide to one day a month actually do their job. And I would feel better if I made more than a fast food working.
The knowledge and experience they bring to the table.
Team is supportive, the comaredie
Understanding, agreeing with my values and work ethics.
extremely loyal to one another
My Team works well together
Collaboration would improve with clearer communication, more consistent accountability, and better distribution of workload. Stronger teamwork and willingness to support shared responsibilities would reduce bottlenecks, prevent burnout, and create a more balanced, effective, and patient-focused work

Communication, Helpfulness, Teamwork, Doing their part, Accepting other teammates and new employees
Need help and support the jobs
Need more people and should be a team work
They should learn empathy and respect.
I get to work from home
Engaging each with concerns in order to make a better culture
Work life balance and lunch breaks are understood
Always need to be busy
I keep to myself and do my work plus other things if they need done or help is needed
A healthier culture would require stronger professionalism, including reducing gossip about coworkers and patients, and clearer expectations for respectful communication. Consistent accountability, fair workload distribution, and reliable leadership follow-through are also needed.

Making sure that nobdoy is maltrietes
Management needs to hold people accountable for wrong actions or doings
Communication needs to improve and it should be consistent and transparent to everyone in the department. Meetings should be held.
feeling valued, having leadership more involved in patient/ frontline employee experiences
The company said all the right stuff — and I believed it until week on

Consice questions, about knowledge and history. Not too many interviews before finding out
I feel the interview was good.
They were open about the entire process.
Meeting with the manager and some staff
Once they train we will catch up but they need more experinces
Its political and ask about who you know
Review from Admin Dept
The interview was by phone and so I never got to feel that I don't fit their corporate requierment
Knowing I do a good job
The opportunity to work from home
The patients and a couple of my co-workers
Helping the people that truly need it
Interacting with coworkers and other staff.
Patients have mixed experiences but seem to be delayed care despite hurdles being surmountable with accountability.

Lack of respect, no consequences for bad behavior, and high expectation with little to no pay
Hiring more staff while providing incentives for staff that has been with the company for years. Properly utilize the resources available. Instead of hiring staff and providing good working conditions, UPMC thinks ordering pizzas for staff will magically make the patient overflow disappear.
Everything could be a lil better
UPMC needs to go in and CLEAN HOUSE
Review from Customer Support Dept
The food / cafeteria is healthy
front line people are very good at what they do
Concentrates more on making money instead of providing healthcare
