We get along and we are all underpaid which is a great thing to talk about. Being undervalued is a great topic of conversation.

A lot of the people I work with are friendly and outgoing. Interacting with them was the sole highlight of my day.

Everyone is tired and burnout...we want time off and better pay

Many of them still care. Still want to help others. And will jumping t back you up

The team pulls forward despite the company's gross incompetence. Despite this, the "team" is diminishing and being replaced with traveling nurses who do not share the same team oriented values. As a result, more staff continue to leave and the definition of team has become obscure.

Professionalism is nonexistent, patient experience needs to improve, attitudes are poor, disrespect for the patient is common.
