Everyone is tired and burnout...we want time off and better pay
Many of them still care. Still want to help others. And will jumping t back you up
The team pulls forward despite the company's gross incompetence. Despite this, the "team" is diminishing and being replaced with traveling nurses who do not share the same team oriented values. As a result, more staff continue to leave and the definition of team has become obscure.
