The cultures are mixed....so communication is a problem although we do a lot of laughing throughout our day

Management needs to hold people accountable for wrong actions or doings
Communication needs to improve and it should be consistent and transparent to everyone in the department. Meetings should be held.

Better management to keep staff
The pay, capping the floors for safer patient staff ratios
Employee safety needs to be a priority. Employees should not work by themselves at night in an ER leaving them at risk for injury or attack.
