My leadership team is composed of highly responsive professionals who always consider other's thoughts before acting.

Collaboration, open and honest communication

Kind and polite management team

The mentorship program is world class!

They do listen to what we say and try there best to help us

Having one boss is nice. No micro managing, not a bunch of administrators telling me what to do..just one boss...

every one is great and polite

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Innovative and fun to work

Review from Admin Dept

I feel like they have my back and also encourage personal growth

Review from Customer Support Dept

Diverse, multicultural, professional, tries to keep communication open.

Review from Operations Dept

they look out for everyones best interest

Review from Customer Support Dept

They do not micromanage from my experience.

Review from IT Dept

always willing to help and show concern.

They have no problems with getting on the floor with you .

They do try to work with you on things..most of the time

My immediate leadership shows genuine care and interest in how I am doing as an employee and helps me out when I need it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management should improve transparency, accountability, and consistency in expectations. Strong performers are often rewarded with more work rather than recognition, while performance issues are addressed unevenly. Greater investment in staffing, employee retention, and patient safety would improve

My executive team offers a lot of phony sounding “thanks” but does not appreciate or fully understand what we

Need to communiciate and help if we are busy and also approved pto and help to manage ous day

They need to come and see ours work and put more employee in OR supply people we have only one person to restuck

Making sure they consider their loyal employees request.

Leadership need to improve communication, move from micromanagement to delegation, encourage initiative & development opportunities, and stick to their word.

Better staffing and better pay

Everything, from understanding production from our POV (it is trash that a bunch of suits decide our production when they can't even do what we do as it is), to giving us separate sick leave.

Review from Operations Dept

Poor communication, high stress environment, quantity over quality of healthcare

Review from Admin Dept

The leadership team puts the bottom line above patient care and safety.

Review from Admin Dept

Communication directly to employees needs to improve

Review from Customer Support Dept

Disaplining people. Managing people. Making sure things are getting done and helping out when there are calloffs or a lot of work. Actually running the place so it isn't just a bunch of people doing what they want.

Review from Product Dept

They need to get better at evaluating their personnel and realizing their worth.

Review from Operations Dept

Not have as many meetings. To not micromanage so much. Communication. Trusting employees. Listening to employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being less unapproachable regarding banking

communication and competency is what they need

Be more understanding and cohesive

Communication, not favoring certain employees, not bullying

Everything. We are people and not replaceable minions.
