I work 10 year at upmc presbyterian in supply chain department but i ask them 28 day vacation they denied and i have enough pto too . I dont know why they denied i want to see my family

Need more people and should be a team work

They need to come and see ours work and put more employee in OR supply people we have only one person to restuck

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Upmc uses every opportunity to pay the minimum possible salary. Even when on a 1 percent retention list. It's sickening how much the executives and doctor pay themselves and each other when they couldn't see a tenth of the patients without the engineers doing most of their work.
