They do not micromanage from my experience.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wages are good based off of the market. However the benefit compensation is lower than expected for working for a Healthcare company. Often paying more than someone that does not work for the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
For my particular role, they did iniclude questions from my future peers and the person I was replacing. However, the process with talent acquisition takes a long time.
