I believe that they want to impact the community by having the biggest best care in the area. Sometimes they do not focus on the lower entry-level employees and compensating them well enough to maintain.

In my particular site, everyone is very friendly and always willing to help out.

The leadership team does try to get to know their direct reports., although sometimes not try hard enough to change the culture when needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For my particular role, they did iniclude questions from my future peers and the person I was replacing. However, the process with talent acquisition takes a long time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wages are good based off of the market. However the benefit compensation is lower than expected for working for a Healthcare company. Often paying more than someone that does not work for the company.
