Hectic but I work with amazing people. Not having enough people can hurt at times but most days are great.

How understanding and compassionate they are. They run a tight ship but still are great team players and jump in all the time to help our store successfully complete orders as well as give us more teachable atmosphere

My team is new and we are still working to better ourselves and our communication. But what I have seen is that we all try to help out as much as possible if we see someone hurting in one area we try to help keep each area going. Stocking , dishes, sweeping moping just a little of everything
