The hierarchial culture is a pain point. I feel some colleagues afraid or concerned about proving they are doing the best for their bosses instead of doing the best possible work for the company. People seem to be focused on pleasing higher hierarchical individuals

Leadership is mainly made by people who are in the company longer. This does not make them good leaders and this is a strong pain point. People should have real (not in speech only) autonomy to carry out projects and do a good job. Leaders should guide, incentive, and organize, not to micro-manage
