
respecting their employees and the people who work under them, they are not respecting the break times of their employees
the previous manager handled the interview perfectly and made me feel hopeful about the company, thats until the new manager came in the company and my experience has been disappointing to say the least
aside from my manager and one of the key-holders I'd say that the company culture is pretty great, my manager is often times too stressed out and stresses out the other employees and doesn't know how to ask for help, the best thing are tailors and the other consultants and my co-manager
I think they way our company isn't putting focus on the employees who are before anything the first public we'll lose our brand loyalty because our employees are going to constantly be taking bad about us, also when putting in the alterations adding a creaset when its not needed is not honest
