Customer Service is terrible! Eligible for new CPAP machine ABOUT 8 months ago!! Multiple phone calls for the last 6 months and still no replacement machine
Apria Healthcare needs to stop it fraudulent billing practices with its customers.
Very poor customer service or follow up calls. Rude on phone calls. Transfers calls before finished speaking.
