The compensation here is extremely low. But the work life balance is good since there’s not a lot of stress compared to other companies. There are some nice people I have met and I enjoy working the conferences. Marketing department needs improvement. Compensation is terrible, overall good compan

My job as a medical sales representative calling on accounts in Derm is great. There are some challenges with this company such as poor compensation and unwillingness to provide a hotel for early meetings.

I enjoy calling on accounts and representing Aquaphor and Eucerin. On my team most are working but we are evaluated on elusive surveys which do not portray our sales ability. Bonus is based on the surveys and again numbers seem distorted. Managers are nice but not fair. Overall good for now

We are responsible for planning our week and making our calls to accounts. The culture is not cut throat and the stress level is not constant.

My interaction with physicians, PA's, and medical staff makes me most happy. The products are well known and have the studies to back up efficacy.

I enjoy going to my accounts and talking with doctors, PAs, and NP’s about our products. Beiersdorf has the best product, which is Aquaphor. The sun products and Eucerin face line

The base salary here is the lowest in the industry. The bonus structure is the worst I’ve seen in my 20 years of working in medical sales. Not only is a bonus the lowest but the payout is not fair and is cap

Our team has good communication. In regards to interacting with them I enjoy working with most of the team. Our manager strives to have a cohesive team, but it is quite the challenge due to one individual. Our team has an abundance of experience.

Beiersdorf makes the best products. Aquaphor is a leader in all areas and Urin sun is especially strong here in the west. I enjoy seeing all my customers and getting them to recommend our products because I truly believe in them. I am happy that I work for such a great manager.

The base salary is much lower compared to other companies. The bonus structure is capped and skewed so the payout to sales reps is minimal. Would like to see a fair compensation plan which is not based on random surveys. I cannot get an answer on how much the average rep is compensated.

Base salary is the lowest compared to other organizations in OTC Make goals attainable. Example - the sales force has always achieved the POS ( point of sale) goals at 150% by growing Aquaphor and Eucerin numbers. This year NO ONE made bonus for POS in the nation. Stop skewing the numbers
