People are very nice and respectful. I like how we are focusing on DEIB initiatives and we are trying to do the right thing as a company.

All employees are given an equity stake in the company so they feel like they have real ownership over the success of the company. I also think the family planning benefits are really fantastic.

I feel that they all bring a very unique perspective to the company and work well in a way where all their perspectives truly contribute to making Carbon a better place to work. I feel like the gender diversity on the team is a big reason why the culture here is so great.
