The GM admitted he has an anger management issue and has even gone to therapy but Cinemark still allows him to wrongfully fire people when he has bad days. No teenager should be allowed to work at his location. I truly hope Cinemark investigates this GM as he is ruining teenager's lives.

Transparency and training. The Gm constantly yells at his staff instead of leads and coaches. There are people born leaders, and people that just like control. This GM just likes control and the employees constantly suffer because of him.
