It was good at the beginning the pandemic. I felt like I was doing some to help the company and the country. Now I just fill out paperwork. Paperwork that seems to be pretty pointless and only exists to be filled out. Overall it's been a positive experience, but where do we go from here?

Who is the leadership team? I don't know who they are. That seems like a problem to me.

I work in Ops and nobody cares. They all seem worn out. Simple issues like wearing PPE correctly is becoming an issue.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

When nothing goes wrong and my team leaves me alone, so I can work on my paperwork and brainstorm and experiment with new work flows in Slack.

I don't know what the goals are the company are. I feel like we are all going to be out of job in a few months if not weeks.

It should be easier to find the information I'm looking for. There should be one central staff directory that everyone uses. It seems like each department uses a different one.

I am bored. I've asked for more things to do, but I was ignored by my superiors. Maybe I could have more sites to supervise. Maybe there is a big project I could work on.

Small group training sessions. I get the sense that the people who design new work flows for field operations have know idea how cumbersome they are. Why do I have all this pointless paperwork to fill out?

They keep on adding more and more paperwork I have to fill out. My site leads have more and more paperwork they have to fill out. I guess it could be worse... It would be nice if the people we had designing these paperwork work flows had a field operations background. They are not convenient.
