Cvent is a bottom-line, money-driven boys club. People are harassed, bullied, pitted against each other, publicly shamed and not allowed to speak up for themselves while being underpaid and overworked. Teams operate on favoritism and nepotism. Only Cvent experience matters for hire and promotion.

The interview process was disorganized and chaotic but not horrible. The issue is that family members, spouses or friends are often hired even when they have no related experience. People are underhired if they don’t have Cvent-specific experience. Men are paid way more than wome

Some of the employees are great but because nepotism and favortism are so rampant you have to follow whatever is being said by leaders - any other suggestions (even if you have more experience) are seen as disruptive and can result in a PIP even when merely suggested.
