They are very accessible and all of them have an open door policy. Vast majority have been with the company over a decade. Amazing retention.

Great ceo and very approachable
The leadership is equally focused on the internal and external clients. It is a hard balance to manage but with a company > 4000, it is no easy feat. Growth is key to any company and for a double decade long streak, for the company, its clients and the employees, I am in awe with the leadership
Transparency, dependency, relatability, inventiveness, approachability

They are so smart, down to earth and highly collaborative
The leadership is incredibly passionate about the industry and about the products and service we bring to market - it's contagious!
Motivated and driven to be the best!
Amazing amount of experience in a somewhat smaller company.
most of the mid management is homegrown. They landed Cvent as their first job and seldom have ideas for radically changing business or anything for that matter.
Appreciating and Valuing an employee and their contribution
Treat their employees with respect and empathy

Don't allow people who are reported for harassment to be promoted, awarded at companywide, continue to manage people unpunished or transfer to be over new people. Also, they do not pay internal transfers the same as the position pays outside of the company because they avoid more than a 6% increase.
Having actual real managerial experience. All were just promoted from individual contributers and have no real skills to lead a team.
Review from Customer Success Dept
There's an overall lack of communication amongst departments and leadership. Everyone has different answers to the same questions.
