If you are over the age of 30 and don't have any experience in sporting goods then don't apply...cause all they do is use you every chance they get knowing that you have a family to feed while the kiddos keep calling in sick

Hate his gun policy lost a lot of customers and sales due to it, very sad!
They think very poorly of the CEO - he is overpaid and out of touch with the common employee and makes poor decisions based mainly on his personal opinion and not facts,

I would have upper management be more responsive to the average employees.
