Enterprise Rent-A-Car – The customer service at LAX is horrendous. I was the victim in a hit and run and reported the accident per enterprise's instructions. I was then put on the DNR list as the information got flipped around internal to enterprise. I have now been without a car for 4 days now. Not one phone call back.
