I do appreciate the benefits but they're not anything special. I understand this could change with promotion, but feel there could be more understanding with time off requests for doctors appointments etc. As for the hourly wage, starting a livable minimum: enough to pay bills but not much left over

They keep track of your general mood about once a month to make sure you're okay which is important.
