They speak of great culture but they do not execute. Salaries are way behind what they consider to be their competitors. Benefits are overall good. Constantly reorganizing. Very poor high level management (especially HR). Waste a ton of money on consulting firms when they have SMEs w/ expertise.

Trusting their employees and not going behind their backs to bring in consulting firms and replacements of experts. Work place flexibility is a must have in todays world, stop living in old world workplace standards.
