The management is tryingbto change company culture completely like apple or amazon which does not suit a travel fun company
Less corrupt, more honest would help on lot of things, it would offend some people though
Change HR management, starting at the top. Change their leadership team as they are completely out of touch with their organizations and teams. Listen listen listen to your employees.
Work load is not evenly distributed and the company is top heavy with managers. Have Scarlett teams focus on improving product. Too much politics is at play for getting even the simpler things done.
