Developing a clear plan, implementing written processes, and communicating that down the chain.

Everything. They're very unprofessional, bias and unfair.

Trusting their employees and not going behind their backs to bring in consulting firms and replacements of experts. Work place flexibility is a must have in todays world, stop living in old world workplace standards.

In communicating actively with the engineers and see what they like and what they would like to contribute

They need to make decisions faster. Expedia is very slow in decision making. The internal processes are complicated and make job difficult to be done.
