Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we do not pay market rates experienced senior engineers will continue to leave. You can only do so much with junior engineers until the standards drop

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The assumption that we're all adults and will do our best without being micromanaged. No one questions when you work or where you are - results are what matter. Manager helps promote my career and is a great partner and supporter.

Many of the people here are smart, knowledgeable and are willing to help and collaborate. The problem is that everyone is usually slammed so it makes knowledge sharing/collaboration rushed and less effective. If everyone had the bandwidth to truly collaborate I think it would go a long way.

360 degree nature of it... i got to meet team cross-functional team members and explore the fit myself

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Doing more with less never really pans out in the long run. That seems to be the mentality here and it needs to change or we're just going to continue to flounder.
