What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring true leaders in first level management and fostering talent.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Diverse skill set. If you need knowledge of something specific, likely there is someone around the corner who has that knowledge and is happy to share it with you.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Doing more with less never really pans out in the long run. That seems to be the mentality here and it needs to change or we're just going to continue to flounder.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Many of the people here are smart, knowledgeable and are willing to help and collaborate. The problem is that everyone is usually slammed so it makes knowledge sharing/collaboration rushed and less effective. If everyone had the bandwidth to truly collaborate I think it would go a long way.
