
We are diversed, but other than that, it is just about it. There without a doubt is favoritism in the building and it is noticeable.
The leadership team provides us with the sales and discounts going around, however management could definitely be a whole lot better by ensuring employees are not feeling overwhelmed.
I liked that the questions were unique ones and not generic ones. The questions consisted of some scenarios which I feel give one the opportunity to tell a story and give a realistic response.
Knowing my coworkers relate to me and its not merely myself. However, I will say that, this is not something we should all be experiencing. This is a toxic environment which explains why people quit, people are hired and rehired consistently.
The best things about our team are my coworkers, they relate to myself because of all the work that is expected from us. There are some things that cannot be disccused with a manager simply because they are above us and will write us up. Therefore, at the end of the day our voices are never heard.
I feel undervalued because I have had many days where I am a backup cashier when the lines get incredibly long, running go backs on the floor, assisting customers, and checking up on the fitting room SIMULTANEOUSLY. I'd better if at least once a day, I'd be checked up on and I got paid a bit more.
