It was straight forward and all onboarding was done on the spot
Flight attendants kept overtime in the contract, premium pay during staffing shortages, and the most paid holidays in the industry
Flight attendants and pilots work as a team. We see each other as equals and treat one another like family
Employees need to be valued, contracts need to be followed by management, morale needs to improve, and middle managers need to be more respectful and professional in their interactions with employees
The leadership team needs to be willing to change/hear new ideas, and treat their employees with at least a minimum level of respect. Additionally, middle managers need to be hired with the proper experience and demeanor for the position
