They refuse to pay talented people enough to stick around. They schedule people over two pay periods and make them work 8 days in a row so they don't make overtime. One person is now expected to do 3 or 4 jobs at the same time with no pay increase.

Coworkers usually want to leave early and not help out when we're busy. When we're slow they don't help out much in the store

Not much.. I used to feel that I was on the road to getting promoted but the management turnover was so profound that I could not prove myself enough

Being able to go to work and do a great job getting my customers their items. I have a core group of regular customers that I look forward to seeing and chatting with for a minute or two. I think they like that interaction

I work 32 to 40 hours a week average. I'd like to be treated like a full time employee with PTO and benefits. I feel like as soon as I got the threshold for yearly average they will cut my hours so they don't have to pay benefits
