What are some of the best things about your team?
The deli employees are good people just stuck at the moment so work here. Giant is a revolving door for a reason. 0 care about their employees.

Everyone knows their job and they know each other's jobs. We know each other's strengths and weaknesses. So no matter who is on shift together, we already know who is doing what and when. We are a well oiled machine
Giant direct team is awesome, we help each other, laugh, make the of our situation, we communicate with each other not at each other.

They need to work as a team
Pull there work load ok
Team meetings, have a fair understanding every one is human and we make mistakes. We are all equal no matter the position.
Coworkers usually want to leave early and not help out when we're busy. When we're slow they don't help out much in the store
Coworkers are fine, I'm not there to make friends.
