Still in training have not meat them all yet

Consistent, mostly fair, helpful, good judgement, strong customer awareness and needs

They are okay. Things could be better.

I like that they are attentive and always come when you need help.

My leadership team works well together. Always coming up with new and exciting ways to motivate everyone to do their best!

They are very easy to speak to and approachable.

The leadership team is very hands-on and in-tune with the daily activities of team members. They are all oriented toward the same mission/goal which makes our jobs as employees easier. Many have worked their way up through the company, demonstrating the ability to truly grow your career at GIANT.

They are truly family members of mine and I'd be at their door if they needed anything and truly feel they'd do the same for me. Wouldn't want to work for another company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Talking to the employees they dont say anything at all. Let alone treat you with respect. Seen people get hurt managers dont even ask if their ok. Made them go to office to fill out paper work before treating injuries.

They need to pay better n treat there employees with respect

Actively listening, better overall communication with the whole team of employees, lifting morale, rewarding and recognizing everyone equally. Showing appreciation even with just a "Thank You for your hard work"

Everything because this is bullshit

Definitely show more appreciation to their employees, we work our butts off and deserve a little recognition.

Individual employees, all the way down the chain - need to be heard, and valued

Paying people more or giving them paid time off so they can recover mentally and physically

Actually being leaders, they do nothing, I was on hold to talk to my manager a couple weeks ago about not coming in because my son was sick for 45 minutes mind you I never talked to him why? Because he was sleeping in his office, while I had a screaming baby waiting to go to the hospital.

Empathy, authenticity, paying hourly team members respectable wages

They need more reliable employees, and do drug testing. No crazy clothing including Capri's and no crazy make up, some of them look like kookers! This really makes the company as a whole look very trashy. Also if 3 years ago my daughter could not have blue hair then it should not be allowed now!

Consistent communication to staff and customers.

At my store in New Hope, management is well below par. First of all, when going over figures for inventory, neither the department manager or the assistant store manager knew what the percentages meant or how they arrived at that figure. The thought when scheduling is non-existent
