What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Calling for interviews n starting time

they went through the motions but there was no real interview

Ask better questions related to being a team player and delivering top notch customer service

First thing start drug testing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The interview process should look at one's accomplishments much more so than availability
