  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
    Background checks. They do 0. They hire you within a day. Makes 0 sense.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Its not about compensation its about being human. They treat you like your dirt. I cooked food they dont even offer employees lunch. Knowing they are struggling. Yet managers will have meetings ordering 5 pizzas or make sandwiches from deli and offer non to people below manager status. Horsham store
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Talking to the employees they dont say anything at all. Let alone treat you with respect. Seen people get hurt managers dont even ask if their ok. Made them go to office to fill out paper work before treating injuries.
