Talking to the employees they dont say anything at all. Let alone treat you with respect. Seen people get hurt managers dont even ask if their ok. Made them go to office to fill out paper work before treating injuries.

Its not about compensation its about being human. They treat you like your dirt. I cooked food they dont even offer employees lunch. Knowing they are struggling. Yet managers will have meetings ordering 5 pizzas or make sandwiches from deli and offer non to people below manager status. Horsham store

I would feel better if I made a little more, being as though I am a college student and struggling with school (about 15-16 per hour), especially since we only get a 15-minute (non-mandatory) break because there have been times when I've worked a 5-6 hour shift with no break.
Customers get away with too much! When I have to call a manager because they want one, to the register for a price check, the manager just gives the customer what they want. Making me look bad!
Better pay commensurate to employment duration, an employee discount for more than just produce, improved PTO accruals for part-time employees since full-time is difficult to achieve (or make full-time easier to achieve)

Coworkers usually want to leave early and not help out when we're busy. When we're slow they don't help out much in the store
Coworkers are fine, I'm not there to make friends.
Consistency throughout the company is an extreme importance. The equality of employees and customers is important as far as recognition and other incentives to motivate the employees.

Everything is lacking in refinement
Need more hours. Do not cut hours from people who are dealing with personal issues. Talk to that person to see what is going on
we need a union. then the so called bosses will listen
Same as above, we need more employees to handle the customers. When you have only one employee that is available to wait customers at a deli because there are 100's of other jobs that need to be done, customers get upset! If I was shopping there I'd walk out!
