What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At my store in New Hope, management is well below par. First of all, when going over figures for inventory, neither the department manager or the assistant store manager knew what the percentages meant or how they arrived at that figure. The thought when scheduling is non-existent

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company pays above minimum wage, but the work environment itself makes you feel so undervalued. There is absolutely no focus on employee morale at the store level to include all employees.

Well I'm only a part-time employee, I would be full-time and take advantage of benefits if available

I believe we should be paid a little more, especially dealing with rowdy and disturbed customers. Sometimes they don't show that you are appreciated, even though I do believe we are.

The only enjoyable part of this job was my co-workers. We motivated and supported each other because management did not.
