Very unfair & unsafe practices within the store I worked at that could impact the community greatly in the time of COVID.

Nothing is positive at Giant.

My coworkers were the only positive about going to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team at Giant is extremely unprofessional and immature in their knowledge of how to treat employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only enjoyable part of this job was my co-workers. We motivated and supported each other because management did not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company pays above minimum wage, but the work environment itself makes you feel so undervalued. There is absolutely no focus on employee morale at the store level to include all employees.
