I should have ran day one. I came from another jewery company, fully trained with 10 years of experience. I was treated like i had no idea what i was doing. Hounded by orher sales people to split sales and picked at for every interaction i had with a customer. Worst 4 years of my career.

Leadership is a joke. Incompetent people are promoted to management not by ability to lead.. Its all about sales numbers. Only unscrupulous cut throats advance to management. No management experiance is needed. just sales numbers. So the company is ran by sales people. Managers steal employee sales

No need for the entire region to interview someone. Helzberg doesnt pay well.. one interview is enough. The job is a joke and the environment is toxic turn over is high.. should clue you in theres a problem. Also stop lying about pay.. i almost starved working for helzberg.

Hire true managers with degrees who know how to manage. Not sales people who have no clue how to treat people. Do away with "going to Club" it creates a caste system, which gives club writers the idea they are untouchable. Your club writers are bullies and they became club writers by being horrible.
