This is one of the best jobs I have ever worked with. This is one of the jobs where I am actually happy to work at and look forward to coming into work, and staying motivated to work. I can only wish that I found out about this place earlier.

Leadership doesn't pressure you to do your task. They count on you and at the same time they also expect to be reasonable with doing your job.

Our culture encourages people to provide solutions for providing excellent customer service. It doesn't work all the time, but people are open to change and offer suggestions.

There are some people in our team that are willing to work longer hours by coming in earlier or staying later than usual to complete the job at hand.

What I like about my coworkers is that they are hard workers and also social and friendly. We also have this great cooperation within the team and other departments.

I like that I have a comprehensive insurance for health, dental, and vision and also for your pets which is completely unheard of from all of the companies I worked at.

Most of my team are dedicated to working late, being flexible, and helpful to me, other coworkers, and the customers. They're also funny, relatable, and make me feel like I fit in.

I like that they are clear in their intentions, goals, and feelings about the team and situation. They are willing to work with you and treat you as a person and not an asset.

I work at a place where I like the people I work with, management and upper management cares and does everything they can to help us, and there's emphasis on your well-being instead of being expendable.

What I like is that they care about you. When you're gone for a while people will notice and they will welcome you back and be thankful that you're back. Any concerns I had they address it immediately.

I like that they are open to suggestions from everyone around the team and they also do what they can to not make us work overtime. They are also nice and treat you like a person instead of an asset.

What made me happy is the work environment and seeing how far I've come from previous jobs. This job has excellent perks, a good environment, great people, and they treat you well while having a good expectation of doing your job.

My team is around my age and I don't feel alone and isolated. They're also funny and nice, but productive when need be. They also have a reasonable expectation when they expect you to do your task such as not rushing you or telling you to get back to work.

I love how transparent management and leadership is when it comes to their plans. They will tell me if things are not going well and also would tell me what they expect from me to do to make their lives easier. It becomes a more mutual relationship where we help each other out and do our part.
